Cancellation Policy
If “The Renter” wishes to cancel the reservation, the fees collected will be refunded as follows; 2 months’ notice is required for a full refund, 50% of the deposit will be applied between 60-15 days of cancellation and the full deposit will be applied if cancelled between 0-14 days if we are unable to replace the renter. If the government imposes travel restrictions or any orders preventing you from coming, you will receive a full refund regardless of notice.
